AI Omics Scientist

A company is looking for an AI Omics Scientist III.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of machine learning models for omics analysis and clinical AI tools

Drive integration of AI with multi-omics datasets and apply deep learning architectures for analysis

Mentor junior scientists and ensure scientific rigor in AI-driven research

Required Qualifications

PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, AI / ML, or related field with 4+ years of experience, or MS with 6+ years of relevant experience

Strong grounding in omics technologies and biomedical informatics

Expert in Python and advanced ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)

Experience with MLOps tools, cloud platforms, and GPU-based model training

5+ years applying AI / ML in bioinformatics or healthcare domains
