Job descriptionOne of the largest Esketamine practices in the U.S. Ketamine Infusion Therapy (at select locations) Participate in innovative clinical protocols, including : Disease-specific approaches for OCD, neuropathic pain, and more Receive immersive training in advanced modalitiesno prior experience necessary Maintain continuity of care with your own patient panel Collaborate on emerging therapies including psychedelic medicine Work with a dedicated administrative support team Choice of two models : Productivity-based or base salary + incentive Earning potential : $350,000 - $400,000+ Signing bonus : Up to $100,000 Schedule : In-person with potential for hybrid flexibility Time off : 24 paid CME hours Comprehensive benefits (for 30+ hours / week) : 401(k) with 4% match Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health disorders Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that may include : Medication management TMS, Esketamine, and Ketamine Infusion Therapy Monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on patient outcomes Educate patients and families on treatment options and symptom management Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team (psychiatrists, NPs, psychologists, therapists) Maintain accurate, up-to-date EMRs and documentation Participate in research and continuing education to advance interventional psychiatry Passion for evidence-based, cutting-edge treatments Positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset Adaptable in dynamic clinical environments Effective multitasker with strong communication skills Proficient in EMR systems and modern clinical tools Committed to professional growth and education (10+ CE hours / year)
