Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as needed) basis. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and facility policies.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and infection control standards.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions when necessary.
