General Purpose : This role provides a visible presence at store entrances and exits to deter theft and fraud while ensuring a safe environment for Associates and Customers. The Specialist will greet Customers with a smile, maintaining a friendly demeanor to discourage theft. You will monitor our Code 50 package inspection policy and walk the sales floor to detect and address potential theft indicators, as directed by Store Leadership. You will work closely with Store Leadership to enforce Loss Prevention protocols and minimize operational shortage. It is essential to embody Company values and protect the Ross treasure.
