    • Qualifications

  • Graduation : Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
  • Driver's License : A current, valid driver’s license and Insurance
  • Compassionate and Caring : A genuine desire to help others and provide empathetic care.
  • Reliable and Responsible : Commitment to delivering high-quality care with consistency.
  • Strong Communication Skills : Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Experience (Preferred) : License and prior experience in home care are a plus.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of patient conditions, progress, and concerns to ensure effective communication with the healthcare team.
  • Engagement : Foster meaningful relationships with clients through conversation, reading, and engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Medication Management : Remind patients about their medications to ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
  • Activity Assistance : Engage patients in exercises and social activities to encourage physical health and social interaction.
