Graduation : Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.Driver's License : A current, valid driver’s license and InsuranceCompassionate and Caring : A genuine desire to help others and provide empathetic care.Reliable and Responsible : Commitment to delivering high-quality care with consistency.Strong Communication Skills : Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.Experience (Preferred) : License and prior experience in home care are a plus.Key Responsibilities :Personalized Patient Care : Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to enhance their quality of life.Household Support : Provide essential home care services, including changing bed linens, doing laundry, and light cleaning, to maintain a healthy living environment.Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of patient conditions, progress, and concerns to ensure effective communication with the healthcare team.Engagement : Foster meaningful relationships with clients through conversation, reading, and engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.Medication Management : Remind patients about their medications to ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans.Activity Assistance : Engage patients in exercises and social activities to encourage physical health and social interaction.Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of those in need ?
