Phlebotomist - Phlebotomy Services - Part Time

As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience. You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics / locations. Work Schedule : Wil work 8 hr shifts between 12 : 00PM & 10 : 30PM Monday-Friday and every other weekend. Hours will vary dependent on the site being covered.

Additional $1.00 / hr plus mileage reimbursement

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD / LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

Process billing information and collect payments when required

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

Provide superior customer service to all patients

Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

Travel to additional sites when needed

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience as a phlebotomist is preferred

May train candidates that have experience in a healthcare setting

Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service

Comfortable working under minimal supervision

Flexibility to work overtime as needed
