• Base Salary :
• $30,576 annually
• Year 1 Expected Earnings :
• $85,000-$125,000 (base + uncapped bonuses)

• Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

• Responsibilities :
• Train under top-producing Mortgage Bankers
• Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching
• Handle warm leads from multiple referral sources
• Use CRM and loan origination systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Participate in sales meetings, contests, and incentives
• Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment
• Requirements :
• SAFE licensing (company-paid)
• Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years in inside sales, service, military, or commission-based roles
• Strong communication skills
• Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• No mortgage experience required - we train you!

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $45000.00 / yr.
