Location : Miami, FL 33176

Duration : 5 months / temp to hire

Shift : Monday - Friday 6 : 30am- 2 : 30pm

We handle mutilple locations in Broward County, Miami Dade County and Pinellas County

Job Description : The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) is responsible for drawing blood samples from patients and preparing them for lab testing, following established procedures. The PSR I ensures a safe, professional, and trusting environment while explaining procedures and collecting specimens accurately. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and leadership behaviors focused on process excellence.

Responsibilities :

Perform daily tasks accurately and on time under supervisor direction.

Maintain a safe, professional environment.

Collect and process forensic and clinical specimens confidently.

Maintain required records and documentation.

Promote a positive image to patients, clients, and employees.

Job Requirements :

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Independent work with minimal supervision.

Excellent phlebotomy skills for all age groups.

Flexible with staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

Required Education :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Phlebotomy certification required in certain states (California, Nevada, Washington)

Work Experience :

Minimum 6 months required, 1+ years preferred.

Customer service experience preferred.

Keyboard / data entry experience required.

Additional Information :

Reliable transportation to the worksite is required (no rideshare).

Must be punctual and available for entire shifts
