What You'll Be Doing :

Collaborate across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support full-stack technical solutions using a variety of development tools and technologies.

Embrace your enthusiasm for technology trends by experimenting with and learning new tools, engaging in technology communities, and mentoring fellow engineers.

Work closely with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans on their journey to financial independence.

Utilize programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML / CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with open-source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, container orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and an array of AWS tools and services.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree

At least 3 years of software engineering experience (internships do not qualify).

Preferred Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in at least one of the following : JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.

1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.

3+ years of experience using open-source frameworks.

2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.

The minimum and maximum annual salaries for this role are outlined below; these are based on specific locations :

• McLean, VA : $158,600 - $181,000
• Wilmington, DE : $144,200 - $164,600

Candidates hired in other locations will receive a salary reflecting that area's pay range. Actual compensation will be detailed in the candidate’s offer letter, which may include performance-based incentives such as cash bonuses or long-term incentives.
