Cemetery Sales Manager

Total Compensation : $150,000-$210,000+ (Base + Commissions + Bonuses)

We are a growing, mission-driven organization seeking a Cemetery Sales Manager to lead one of our cemetery locations. This is a high-impact role designed for a strategic thinker with a heart for service and a track record of driving results in a quota-based sales environment.

You'll be responsible for managing cemetery sales operations, inspiring a small team, and ensuring every family we serve receives compassionate, exceptional care. This is not just a sales job-it's a leadership opportunity with purpose.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage all aspects of cemetery sales (pre-need and at-need), merchandise, and services

  • Recruit, train, and coach sales professionals and support staff
  • Supervise on-site office and grounds operations with a hands-on leadership approach
  • Deliver empathetic, solutions-oriented service to families during difficult times
  • Monitor and manage budgets, scheduling, performance metrics, and policy compliance
  • Drive sales growth while upholding ethical standards and customer trust

    • What You Bring

  • Proven success in a sales leadership role, preferably within the cemetery, funeral, or pre-need industry
  • Experience managing a sales team and achieving team-based performance targets
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead by example with integrity and professionalism
  • Moderate technical skills : email, texting, Excel / Google Sheets, CRM tools, and cloud-based systems
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

    • Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Cemetery, funeral, or pre-need sales
  • Operations or supervisory experience in a service-oriented industry

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Total compensation range : $150,000-$210,000+ depending on experience and location
  • Substantial base salary , plus commissions and bonuses
