Write and sell $100K+ of services per month with finesse

Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile (and a side of car care expertise)

Manage appointments, provide estimates, and follow up like a pro

Thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping your cool and your customers happy

What We're Looking For :

Experience : 5+ years in the auto repair industry, preferably independent shops

Sales Savvy : You're a closer who knows how to educate customers and help them make confident decisions

Personality : Positive, driven, and team-oriented

Adaptability : Dealership experience is welcome if you're ready to embrace our independent culture
