Job Details

We are seeking a Civil Defense Attorney to join our Dallas office, with flexibility for hybrid work and consideration for a wide range of experience levels.

Job Description :

• Handle a diverse caseload of civil defense and Insurance Defense cases from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in trials or alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients to develop defense strategies and provide proactive legal counsel.
• Maintain high standards of client service, communication, and professional ethics.
