Job Summary We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Account Manager to lead client partnerships in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure we’re exceeding expectations with every engagement.

You’ll play a critical role in the success of our key accounts while helping us expand our reach with new clients and industries.

  • $65,000 to $85,000 plus quarterly bonus.  What You’ll Do
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key customer stakeholders within the current IntelliSurvey portfolio, aiming to activate, expand, and increase revenue.
  • Act as a main point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Achieve quarterly goals while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.
  • Understand Management Consultancy / Consultancy / PE / Corporate client needs.
  • Participate in and support quarterly review meetings with clients, contributing valuable insights and information.
  • Serve as a 'thought partner' both internally and externally, proactively engaging and proposing thoughtful solutions to research problems.
  • Participate in the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new business.
  • Scope, price, and propose on incoming bid requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and objectives (programming, fielding, and research).
  • Be highly responsive to client requests and inquiries as well as internal team requests from Sales, Programming, Operations, and Research.   What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Market Research sector.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in account management, within the healthcare and life sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and techniques.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets, ideally within the market research industry.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and life sciences market dynamics, including regulatory requirements, technology trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment (Remote mindset).
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
