Job descriptionCompetitive compensation. Guaranteed $1 increase after first year (if in good standing) Access to mentorship and progressive career development opportunities. Monthly stipends for use of personal device (while we roll out JBC issued equipment). Paid mileage & travel time Medical, dental, vision, for qualified employees Referral bonus Smaller work radius Employee Discount Program Hourly rate is paid even if you experience a same day cancellation Provide clients with highly effective in-home treatments in the field of ABA Follow and implement behavioral intervention plans as designed under the mentorship of your Supervisor and BCBA Share input on the day-to-day operations of your client’s program Track clients progress and growth Educate families / caregivers on behavior interventions strategies Empathy and a passion to help our clients succeed Willingness to collaborate Being open to feedback Upbeat positive attitude Ability to play & have fun Conflict resolution skills MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRASPORTATION High school diploma or equivalent BA / BS or AA (with coursework in psychology or a related field) Experience with kids is necessary if you do not have experience in the field or a degree in a related field (psychology, child development, education, etc) Flexible with work schedule to accommodate potential needs during M-F 2pm-8pm peak hours Spanish speaking is preferred but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge in ABA strategies or a high willingness to learn
