Job descriptionProperty Inspection experience is a plus General construction knowledge Availability-daytime hours Monday-Friday for Inspections and training Must pass Background Check Smart Phone required Dependable vehicle needed Route, perform and complete report per inspection in your assigned territory. Time service deadline, 15-20 days. Obtain photos of the home, outbuildings and any hazards / deficiencies and when needed, sketch the footprint of the home and any outbuildings. Input information into our proprietary system. Fees paid per inspection via direct deposit on the 10th and 25th of each month as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Fee range from $10.00-$20.00 (2 per hour) exterior and $40-$90 (1 per hour) interior. Inspector is responsible for building inspection schedule, expenses and taxes.
