Imagine Unlimited LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for our healthcare-focused construction projects. In this role, you will ensure adherence to project plans, budgets, safety regulations, and quality standards, while leading teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement.
• Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues, enforce safety compliance, and maintain site cleanliness.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Provide guidance and support to on-site staff, subcontractors, and crews.
• Monitor and track project costs, budgets, and expenses.
• Communicate project updates, progress, and issues to project stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permits.
• Attend mandatory meetings, training sessions, and assignments as delegated.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
