Job Requirements
Qualifications
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience as a practicing Physical Therapist, preferably in a skilled nursing, acute, or post-acute care setting.
Active BLS certification (AHA preferred).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and physical conditions using standardized assessment tools.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring movement, strength, coordination, and balance.
- Implement therapy interventions through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and equipment-assisted activities.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and techniques to support recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Ensure a safe treatment environment by following all infection control and safety policies.
Benefits
Blended hourly pay : $55 / hr
Weekly Stipend : $1246 ($31.15 per hour)
Weekly Taxable : $954 ($23,85 per hour)
Weekly Gross : $2,200
