About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join a leading company in the industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing service delivery, performing quality assurance tests on company products, and providing advanced technical support during additive selection and fluid design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient, and reliable service to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Perform quality assurance tests on company products.
• Prepare laboratory reports prior to service delivery at the wellsite.
• Maintain contact with Client Support Labs and other relevant departments.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Develop competency in advanced additive selection and fluid design.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is clean and functioning, and dispose of waste regularly.
• Prepare technical presentations for internal and external customers.
• Perform regular audits to ensure laboratory standards are met.
• Assist with technical support as required.
• Conduct risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential safety or quality concerns.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain required safety training.
