Role Description
The Field Marketing Manager is accountable for ensuring our companies achieve their planned revenue through efficient lead generation within their prescribed marketing budget. As the crusader of our marketing & advertising division, you will be responsible for the success of numerous lead-generating initiatives
High Level Responsibilities
- Produce and execute efficient Marketing Strategy for all channels
- Implement grass root strategies to improve local visibility
- Utilize analytics to uncover and remediate lead deficits
- Testing new offers and tactics
- Development of creative marketing materials
- Produce regular competitive analyses including offers / incentives and make recommendations
- Monitor Brand Image and Reputation Management by staying aware of local social content and 3rd party online mentions
Qualifications
At least 2 years experience in direct to customer lead generation, preferably in the HVAC or Home Services spaceMarket Planning and Field Marketing skillsStrong Communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExceptional organizational and time management skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
