Your presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility, including both indoor and outdoor areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any suspicious behavior, potential hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Communicate and collaborate with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to help to maintain a secure environment.

Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and assisting with visitor management as directed.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
