What AAA can offer you :

Starting base compensation : $15.16 to $19.32 per hour (adjusted based on experience and location).
Incentive pay : average $162–$389 per month.
Store hours : Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 : 30 PM, Saturday 9 AM–1 PM (37.5-hour work week).
No Sundays.
Full-time associates accrue up to three weeks of paid time off in the first year.

Location : 1030 Baltimore Boulevard Suite 140, Westminster, MD 21157

Job Responsibilities

Consistently upsell and cross-sell AAA products including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.

Assist members with planning domestic travel vacations (car rentals, hotels, packages, maps, tour books).

Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak volumes.

Serve as backup for Cashiering, Tag & Title, and IDEMIA services when applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous sales and customer service experience with a proven ability to drive results.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Proficiency navigating multiple websites and programs; strong computer skills.

Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Basic geography knowledge is beneficial.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Successful pre-employment and post-employment screening (criminal, drug, etc.).
