Manager, Area Sales
Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc., is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Area Sales Manager position to support our team in the Central FL region. The ASM manages and develops sales activities of an area or establishment. Supervises sales personnel in attaining maximum sales volume from potential markets and in meeting goals of organization. Establishes and maintains relationships with dealers, manufacturers and customers.

Position responsibilities may include :
Manage TSM's in the regionResponsible for key dealer acquisitionMaintain and improve personal sales and business expertiseWork with TSM's to resolve customer complaints regarding sales and serviceOversee regional and local sales managers and their staffPlan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programsDetermine price schedules and discount ratesReview operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitabilityMonitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales effortsPrepare budgets and approve budget expendituresConfer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specificationsDirect and coordinate activities involving sale sof manufactured products, services, commodities, real estate or other subjects of salesConfer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchaseNature and Scope :

5+ years experience preferably in the HVAC industryPrior experience managing a small to medium sales forceEducation :
