Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our production processes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues on machinery and perform necessary repairs.
• Schedule and conduct maintenance work for all equipment.
• Analyze and diagnose equipment problems and breakdowns.
• Recommend and implement service and repair actions to resolve performance issues.
• Make appropriate equipment repairs or modifications to solve operating and performance problems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment following company procedures and policies.

Work Environment

The work environment is a climate-controlled warehouse setting with multiple shift options. The primary shift is from Friday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 : 30 PM, with the flexibility to pick up hours during the week to achieve a 40-hour workweek. Additional shifts include 1st Shift (7 AM - 3 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday), and various shifts in Asheville / East Columbus and for Technicians.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00 / hr.
