YOUR MISSION :

Join us in reimagining customer experience with Agentic AI. As a Strategic Engagement Manager at Parloa youll own the success of our most strategic enterprise customers. Your mission is to make Parloa indispensable translating each clients AI vision into measurable business outcomes and building trusted long-term partnerships that last.

Youll guide leading organizations through their AI and CX transformations from orchestrating implementation across Product Engineering Deployment and partners to deliver on-time high-impact rollouts to becoming the enterprise owner driving customer health value realization and expansion across regions and functions while partnering with Account Executives Value Consultants Solution Engineers and our partner ecosystem to turn success into multi-year growth. Ultimately you help the worlds most forward-thinking companies unlock the full potential of agentic AI and position Parloa as their essential transformation partner.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

  • Lead Parloas most strategic enterprise relationships owning success plans KPIs and measurable business outcomes from day one.
  • Translate executive-level AI and CX ambitions into enterprise-wide impact across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Orchestrate implementation and delivery excellence managing timelines dependencies and cross-functional execution for smooth on-time high-impact go-lives.
  • Build and sustain deep trust-based partnerships with senior stakeholders evolving Parloas position from solution provider to long-term strategic ally.
  • Quantify and communicate value through data-driven storytelling executive business reviews and success narratives that make impact visible credible and repeatable.
  • Identify and capture expansion opportunities by leveraging demonstrated success to scale adoption across regions functions and use cases.
  • Represent Parloas leadership in Agentic AI customer experience transformation and enterprise innovation.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :

  • 8 years of experience in enterprise software consulting or customer success managing large strategic accounts and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • A proven track record of translating executive vision into commercial value and designing scalable success strategies that unite people process and technology.
  • End-to-end ownership mindset decisive under ambiguity accountable for results and skilled at aligning cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
  • Board-level presence able to influence senior stakeholders lead strategic discussions and articulate business impact through clear data-backed narratives.
  • Strong grasp of AI automation and enterprise integration with the ability to translate technical possibilities into tangible customer value.
  • A builders mindset structured proactive collaborative and able to elevate teams through clarity rigor and positive leadership.
  • Advanced education (MBA or Masters in Business Engineering or related field) is a plus; coursework in AI Cloud or Data is beneficial but not required.
