Greenwood Center for Nursing and Rehab is sponsoring a  FREE CNA training program to help you achieve your goals!

Before the program begins, you’ll work part-time in a non-certified role (such as dietary or housekeeping) at our facility. This gives you valuable hands-on experience in a healthcare setting while earning a paycheck—then you’ll step right into the CNA course, fully prepared.

Program Details :

CNA Class Location : Mount Carmel Senior Living Community (Mount Carmel, PA)

Work Location (Prior to Class) : Greenwood Center for Nursing and Rehab (Tamaqua, PA)

Upcoming Session :

Dates : October 20 – November 7

Schedule :

Weeks 1 & 2 : Monday – Thursday

Week 3 : Monday – Friday

Hours : 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Attendance : Mandatory (any missed days result in automatic failure)

Eligibility Requirements :

Must be 18 years or older

Must be hired as a part-time employee at the Greenwood Center for Nursing and Rehab until class begins

Must have reliable transportation to Mount Carmel Senior Living Community for training

Part-Time Work Before Class :

Kitchen / Dining Services : Shifts available 6 AM – 8 PM (including weekends)

Housekeeping / Laundry : Shifts available 7 AM – 9 : 30 PM
