Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg / Tele Float

Show Low, AZ

Contract Details :

Shift : Nights, 3x12s (36 hrs / week; guaranteed, no cancellations)

Setting : Acute care

Float between PCU and two Med / Tele units (telemetry patients)

Float Pool : May float to all MS units, ER, L&D, Behavioral Health, ICU (MS overflow)

EMR : Allscripts Sunrise

Scrubs : Any color

Requirements :

Experience : 2+ years MedSurg / Tele

License : Active RN (AZ or Compact)

Certifications : BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS

Notes : COVID vaccination preferred ; religious exemptions considered

Unit Snapshot :

Ratios : Days 1 : 5 , Nights 1 : 6 ; Peds 1 : 4 (acuity-based)

Support : Tele techs, Charge RN, HUCs, PCTs

Services : Hospitalist 24 / 7 , Respiratory Therapy 24 / 7 , Pharmacy 24 / 7
