Lead the design and implementation of programs for leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives in support of organizational goals. Under the supervision of the Manager of Training & Development, the successful candidate will help align departmental objectives, coach employees and leaders, and enhance organizational performance. The goal is to support and facilitate the organizational changes necessary to achieve strategic objectives, including achieving a customer-focused approach and superior business results. Additionally, they will be responsible for demonstrating practical skills in needs analysis, project management, instructional material development, and evaluation to determine the business's needs and implement organizational development solutions.

Required Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in a health-related field or MBA
  • CPHQ Certification
  • 5+ years of health care experience in training or Organizational development
  • High degree of knowledge in data analysis, applicable quality and efficiency metrics in an outpatient setting, and NCQA / AAAHC / regulatory standards
  • Microsoft excel and PowerPoint skills; mastery of public speaking; conflict resolution skills; ability to calculate and analyze complex health statistics and report in a simple, understandable manner; attention to detail and follow-up; skill at managing people and other resources; and budgetary management
  • Proven excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Registered Nurse, State of Texas
  • 5+ years clinical nursing experience; 5+ years outpatient clinical experience
  • Understanding of basic ICD-9 and CPT coding; experience with EPIC data sets
  • Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
