Position Overview : As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams. You will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
