Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Area Sales Manager to join our team based in Wisconsin or Minnesota, United States. As an HVAC Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence in the Milwaukee area and surrounding territories.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targetsLead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performanceAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partnersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionCreate and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clientsMonitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior managementForecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to meet organizational goalsEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field5+ years of successful sales management experience, preferably in a related industryProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market shareStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales teamExcellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting toolsOutstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategiesStrong time management and organizational skillsIn-depth knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Milwaukee and surrounding areasSales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) preferredWillingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
