The Show Systems Studio is where we produce, make, and build the magic! Our processes and tool sets take us from concept design or mock-ups all the way through to full-on production, assembly, and installation. The Studio Coordinator is a crucial and vital member of our team, providing technical and administrative support across multiple teams to ensure that all cast members have necessary tools, information, and equipment to succeed.

This position will report to the Business Operations Manager, Show Systems.

What You Will Do

• Provide a variety of tactical administrative support to members of the Show Systems Studio including but not limited to the following areas / activities :

Assist team members in troubleshooting expense reports, travel arrangements, etc.

The base salary for this position in California is $53,300.00-$71,300.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
