Your Role :

• Ensure a clean and safe operating room, applying aseptic surgical techniques.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field during surgeries, anticipating surgeons' needs.
• Assist in various surgical procedures and maintain knowledge of different techniques.
• Transport patients and ensure the functionality of equipment.
• Participate in maintaining specialty carts and adhere to patient positioning protocols.
• Adapt skills to provide care tailored to the needs of patients of all ages.

Qualifications :

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of hiring.
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• No prior experience required.

Physical Requirements :

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, push / pull with 30 lbs of force, and perform other physical tasks while maintaining proper techniques.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Compliance with safety protocols, including the use of protective gear.
