Job descriptionPreferred : Associate degree in Mechanical Technology or Journeyman Millwright / Machine Repairman card Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills : Power Transmission, Hydraulics, Pneumatics Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures Positive attitude toward teamwork, safety, and quality Excellent attendance and reliability Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed Must pass a mechanical assessment test Get paid for what you know—and earn more as you learn more. Your Day-to-Day Impact
You’ll play a vital role in our maintenance team, tackling essential tasks that ensure equipment stays in top shape by :
- Performing daily rounds and documenting equipment status
- Tackling mechanical delays and executing repairs across the mill
- Driving down maintenance costs through smart, proactive work
- Scanning and tracking all parts used from inventory during your shift
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives (CIT, MADE, RCA, CAPEX)
- Advancing through our Skill-Based Pay Curriculum to grow your career
- Maximizing wrench time and work effectiveness with strong competencies
