Job descriptionSafely operate a rear-load garbage truck along designated routes. Efficiently service customers by collecting recyclables as per route sheets. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance. Perform physically demanding tasks, including loading and unloading refuse. Operate hydraulic controls to lift and dispose of trash at designated facilities. Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers. Involves frequent heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling objects over 100 pounds. Adherence to safety protocols due to exposure to mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions. Moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to fumes. Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement required (Class A CDL not required). Proficiency in English (reading, writing, communicating); high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum one year of directly related experience. Basic knowledge of truck components for pre-and post-trip inspections.

- Competitive Wages : Between $27-29 / hr
- Typical Schedule : Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed, from 5am-1pm, or 3 : 30pm (pending routes)
