Were building something new at Postscript! Were looking for a highly dynamic and innovative AI Automation Engineer to join a new internal tools team. In this unique role, you will act as a force multiplier across the company, focused on applying AI tools and technologies to solve our most pressing operational challenges. This is a hands?on position focused on partnering with a broad set of stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and develop scrappy technical solutions.

Primary Duties

• Problem identification & collaboration : Partner with key stakeholders around the business. Quickly understand their business challenges and translate those into technical solutions.
• Build internal tools : Develop and maintain internal tools that automate existing work and increase employee productivity. Rapidly prototype AI?enabled utilities or automations and deploy them to users.
• Project management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Structure the work into discrete steps and sprints. Make tough trade?off decisions optimizing for time to value.
• Documentation & training : Clearly document your work and provide training to users, ensuring the successful adoption and long?term success of new tools.
• AI tool evaluation : Lead the evaluation of third?party AI tools and technologies. Ensure we make informed build?versus?buy decisions.
