Job descriptionOversee material planning and inventory management to minimize waste and maximize efficiency Collaborate with plant operations, purchasing, engineering, and quality to resolve bottlenecks and align priorities Monitor and analyze production performance, implementing improvements where needed Lead and mentor team members within production control Manage change orders and adjust schedules to meet evolving requirements Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies U.S. Citizenship required Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, or equivalent experience 3–5 years of experience in production control or product management (manufacturing environment) 2–3 years supervisory or management experience Experience with ERP / MRP systems and scheduling software Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory control methods preferred Familiarity with maritime or industrial manufacturing a plus \n Cigna medical, dental, and vision (VSP) \n 401K with company contributions Paid Time Off + 10 Paid Holidays Safety gear reimbursement (boots + prescription safety glasses) Voluntary & company-paid life insurance Supplemental insurance options Paid training and development opportunities Employee referral program

We’re looking for a Production Control Supervisor to oversee production scheduling and materials management, ensuring smooth operations and on-time product delivery.
