Lawrence Hall is a Chicago-based nonprofit social services agency that provides therapeutic, wellness, and skill development services to youth, families, and neighborhoods affected by lasting trauma. We foster healing and growth through empowerment, respect, safety, and teamwork.
Our Child & Family Treatment Center (CFTC) is a 24-hour residential program for DCFS- and ISBE-referred youth ages 8–18 who are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. With a trauma-informed, outcomes-driven approach, we help youth heal from abuse, neglect, and trauma while building the skills they need to thrive.
About the Role
As a Residential Youth Clinical Supervisor (Licensed Milieu Supervisor), you'll lead and support a multidisciplinary residential treatment team that helps youth heal from trauma and build brighter futures. You'll provide clinical guidance, supervision, and mentorship to therapists, case managers, and unit staff-ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care. This role is perfect for a licensed clinician who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about shaping program quality, supporting staff growth, and improving outcomes for youth and families.

This is a full-time on-site role at our Child and Family Treatment Center at 4833 N Francisco Ave, Chicago, IL 60625. Schedule is 3 days 9 : 00am–5 : 00pm and 2 days 1 : 00pm–12 : 00am, with rotating on-call responsibilities for emergencies and support. Involves travel to various other locations as needed.
