What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.

Maintain a visible presence to help deter unwanted activity within the location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter, adapting to the dynamic environment typical of technology and media workplaces.

Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Work collaboratively with site personnel and visitors to address security-related concerns as they arise.

Support a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining awareness of surroundings and potential risks.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
