We are eager for you to become part of our community!\n\nYour Responsibilities : \n\nThis is a full-time, working supervisor role with hours from 11 PM to 7 AM. The pay ranges from $44 to $50 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $55 with differentials.\n

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure exemplary care delivery.\n
• Oversee daily operations including staff assignments and resource management.\n
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on developing and executing individualized care plans.\n
• Conduct regular assessments to maintain high quality standards.\n
• Mentor, train, and support nursing staff to promote professional growth.\n

• Valid state nursing license.\n
• Preferred advanced degree or certification.\n
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care settings is a plus.\n
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.\n
• Interest in the nursing needs of the elderly and chronically ill.\n
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n
