The pay ranges from $44 to $50 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $55 with differentials.\n
- Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure exemplary care delivery.\n
- Oversee daily operations including staff assignments and resource management.\n
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on developing and executing individualized care plans.\n
- Conduct regular assessments to maintain high quality standards.\n
- Mentor, train, and support nursing staff to promote professional growth.\n

- Valid state nursing license.\n
- Preferred advanced degree or certification.\n
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care settings is a plus.\n

- Interest in the nursing needs of the elderly and chronically ill.\n
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.\n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n
