Job descriptionCompetitive Pay Paid weekly. Home Nightly Minimal night shifts required. Late-Model Trucks Well-maintained fleet for comfort and safety. Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance available for employees and families. 401K Plan with Employer Match. Disability and Life Insurance options available. Valid Class A or B CDL Class A is preferred. 1 year of recent commercial driving experience. No serious citations within the last 5 years. No DWI / DUI within the last 10 years. Prior dump truck or asphalt hauling experience preferred. Must maintain a clean and organized work environment. Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse. Must provide a valid email address for communication. Drug screening and driving record check required. A resume or detailed 5-year driving work history is required.

D&J Construction Company is a leading provider of construction and asphalt paving services in Louisiana. We are currently seeking experienced and dependable CDL Dump Truck Drivers to join our team. Position Overview : The CDL Dump Truck Driver will be responsible for the safe operation of late-model dump trucks, transporting asphalt and construction materials to job sites while ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate a Class A or B commercial vehicle to transport and deliver materials to various job sites.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality to meet job schedules.
- Ensure truck is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Adhere to all DOT safety regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete assigned projects.
