Description

The SAP Specialist - Quality Management is responsible for evaluating, conceptualizing, and implementing new requirements from the business division. They provide support and further development of the SAP-QM module and integrative adjacent areas (MM, SD, CS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement new SAP QM solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize and enhance the SAP QM module and its integration with adjacent systems.
• Provide expert support to users, resolving issues and addressing evolving needs.
• Lead and contribute to (sub-)projects, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live.
• Train end-users and stakeholders on SAP QM processes and tools.
• Continuously analyze and optimize quality management processes.
• Support application lifecycle, including problem management and process improvements.
• Contribute to the development of global SAP QM standards for upcoming rollouts.
