7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Go-To-Market roles
2+ years of experience in the legal technology or legal services sector
Proven track record of partnering with hiring managers and executives
Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles
Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously
