Position : Application Engineer I

At MMT-Burbank, we're the global leader in MicroBlasting technology, a precision process used in medical device, aerospace, and semiconductor manufacturing. We're looking for a curious, hands-on, and motivated Application Engineer I to join our team and help us push the limits of precision.

This isn't your typical desk job. You'll get your hands on real equipment, collaborate with customers and engineers, and see your work turn into real-world results.

What You'll Do

• Work side-by-side with customers to solve real manufacturing challenges.
• Run trials in our state-of-the-art Applications Lab and document what works best.
• Develop and fine-tune process parameters - think air pressure, media type, nozzle design, and positioning (both manual and robotic).
• Program CNC blasting equipment and support customer buyoffs.
• Present your findings and be part of a team that values innovation and precision.
• Collaborate with R&D on new ideas, automation projects, and product improvements.
