$80 - $81 / HR

Summary :

Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Architect to lead design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, with expertise in Payroll, OTL, and Fast Formulas.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Payroll module setup, Fast Formula design, and OTL integration.

Translate business requirements into functional solutions.

Conduct testing, UAT, and provide training / support.

Collaborate on integrations, reports, and system optimization.

Skills & Experience Required :

Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Finance, or related field.

8+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud, 5+ years in Oracle Payroll as Functional Architect / Lead.

Oracle Payroll Cloud Certified Implementation Professional.

Strong experience with OTL and Fast Formulas.

Full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred :

Experience with Core HR, Absence, or Compensation modules.

Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM Extracts.

Mentoring experience.
