About The Role :
- The Social Worker will provide individual and group trauma-informed therapy to a select caseload of male and female patients suffering from a variety of substance abuse disorders
- Under the immediate supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, the Social Worker / Therapist will be responsible for completing assessments, care plan management, patient education, and documentation.

Bachelors OR Masters's Degree and Current Licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LPCC, LISW, LISWS)An ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and utilize effective communication skills, including both telephone and in-person.Positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with patients and demonstrate sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills.Ability to follow directives explicitly, adhere to facility policies, provide patient-driven customer service, and exercise time management skills.Schedule flexibility, holiday, and weekend rotation are REQUIRED.Must hold a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.Key Responsibilities :
Bachelors OR Masters's Degree and Current Licensure (LMHC, IAADC, LMFT, LISW, IADC, CADC)2 years prior experience in Behavioral Health setting preferred. Not requiredAbility to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA complianceImpeccable ethics, integrity, and outstanding interpersonal and communications skillsCompletion of CPR and CPI within first 30 days of employmentComputer proficiency, including Excel, Word, Publisher, and EMR required.An ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and utilize effective communication skills, including both telephone and in-person.Positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with patients and demonstrate sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills.Ability to follow directives explicitly, adhere to facility policies, provide patient-driven customer service, and exercise time management skills.Compensation :
Licensed : $70,000- $75,000
Temporary Licensed : $65,000- $70,000
Master's Level Social Worker : $55,000- $65,000
