This is a high-ownership role for a scrappy, strategic operator who thrives in conservative, high-stakes markets. You’ll work directly with the CEO, influence positioning, and lead demand generation across specialty practices like pediatrics, OB / GYN, rheumatology, and dentistry.
Tasks
- Design and execute specialty-specific marketing campaigns
- Build repeatable demand generation programs to fill the pipeline
- Create sales enablement content : case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers
- Collaborate closely with the CEO at a co-CEO level of involvement
- Test, scale, and iterate high-budget marketing bets with speed and precision
