Position Overview :

We seek a full-time licensed Architect II to join our Charlotte team. Successful candidates will manage healthcare architecture projects across all phases from programming through construction administration. They will be responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client's needs. Duties & Responsibilities :

• Provide design leadership and technical expertise to determine project requirements for scope, schedule, budget, specifications, materials, equipment, estimated costs, and completion times
• Provide professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large complex projects
• Independently apply advanced architectural concepts and designs
• Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures
• Coordinate design work with internal team, consultants, clients and regulatory agencies
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced architects
• Manage & lead projects
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned
