Job descriptionPerform inpatient infectious disease consultations (medicine, surgery, ICU, long-term care) Staff 1-2 half-day outpatient clinics per week Provide remote telemedicine coverage for off-site facilities Participate in antimicrobial stewardship & infection control initiatives Share call responsibilities (1 weeknight per week + 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks) Teach medical residents and students; potential academic appointment Option to participate in research & quality improvement projects Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (flexible based on coverage) Clinic : 1-2 half days weekly Call : Shared rotation; telemedicine available MD / DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Infectious Disease Eligible for NY medical license & DEA Strong clinical & diagnostic skills; teaching interest a plus Inpatient & outpatient experience preferred Base Salary : $250K-$275K+ (commensurate with experience) Full benefits : medical, dental, vision, malpractice, CME, retirement Generous PTO & paid holidays Academic appointment and faculty development support Located just north of NYC - easy Metro-North commute Urban access with suburban feel, strong schools, and diverse neighborhoods
