Job descriptionEmployer paid healthcare and dental coverage Company vehicle DISPATCHED FROM HOME Weekly Pay Annual bonus based on company profitability PTO and Vacation time. 401k with employer match Company-provided uniforms Paid holidays. Career education / training for advancement opportunities. Troubleshoots customer HVAC issues and recommends appropriate corrective action. Educates the customer on the identified problem, required resolution, and preventative maintenance. Collaborates with the Service Manager and other team members. Utilize provided software along with tablet, and smartphone to track job information, and communicate with customers. Ensures required safety precautions are implemented prior to starting work; tags equipment out of service as needed. Maintains equipment, tools, and service vehicle. Completes digital time and materials tickets. Documents repairs before and after work is performed. 3+ years experience performing residential and or commercial HVAC service calls. EPA certification is preferred. Ability to effectively troubleshoot and prioritize HVAC issues. Strong communication and customer service skills. Commitment to the Companys Safety and Quality standards. Proficient in use of job site technology (e.g.- tablets, laptops, phone apps, etc.)
