About the opportunity :

• Open to ongoing coverage or sporadic weeks and / or weekends!
• MDAs perform blocks, inductions, and handle emergent cases; supervise 80% of the time
• Average : 5 cases per day
• Light weeknight call (typically 1 night / week)
• Charting : Paper-based
• Typical day : 6 ORs + scope room; first cut at 0730
• Case types : OB (labor epidurals, call backs mainly OB), ortho, thoracic, some peds, rare vascular / trauma / critical care, heavy regional, outpatient cases
• 15-minute call response time
• No open hearts
