Position Summary :

Full time Nurse Practitioner  opportunity at Dynamic Health, the hours of operation are : M-Th 8-5 and Fri 8-2.

• Provide physical assessments, order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
• Perform trigger point, joint, PRP and stem cell injections
• Develop a close working relationship with the supervising physician, chiropractors and medical assistants
• Help patients manage their well-being and patient education
• Document clinic care efficiently in the Electronic Medical Record
• Generate report narratives for case management and approval
• Oversee patient care
• Coordinate treatment compliance based on outcome assessments
